“学高为师,身正为范”这八个字,是我心中教师职业最朴素也最深刻的写照。它告诉我,做老师,既要有扎实的学识让人信服,更要有端正的品行让人敬重,

“学高”不只是学历高,而是持续学习、专业过硬我会认真研读教材、更新知识,关注学科前沿,确保自己教给学生的不仅是正确的内容,更是思考的方法。当学生问出“为什么”,我能给出有深度的回答;当课堂生成新问题,我能和学生一起探究--这份专业底气,是赢得学生信任的基础。而“身正”则体现在日常点滴中。要求学生守时,我一定提前到教室;教育学生诚实,我自己绝不敷行了事;希望学生尊重他人,我在与同事、家长沟通时也始终保持礼貌与耐心。学生的眼睛最敏锐,他们不会只听你怎么说,更会看你怎么做。一个弯腰捡起纸屑的动作,一句对保洁阿姨的“谢谢”,都可能在他们心里种下善良的种子。教育是人格影响人格的过程。我不追求完美,但始终提醒自己:站在讲台上,我不仅代表个人,更代表教师这个身份。唯有以学识立身,以德行立信,才能真正成为学生愿意追随、愿意效仿的“范”。这,就是我对“学高为师,身正为范”的践行与坚守。

【结构化时政】结合教育家精神文件,教师怎么做到言行雅正?

“言行雅正”是教育家精神的重要体现,它要求教师不仅在专业上过硬,更要在品德修养和日常举止中成为学生的榜样。我认为,做到言行雅正,关键在于“内修师德、外化于行”在日常工作中,我会时刻提醒自己:学生的眼睛是雪亮的,老师的一言一行都在无声地教育。所以,无论是课堂上的语言表达,还是课间的待人接物,我都力求文明、得体、真诚。不说粗话、不发牢骚、不传播负能量,即使面对压力或误解,也保持理性平和,用尊重对待每一位学生和家长。同时,我注重细节中的示范作用。比如准时到岗、板书工整、衣着整洁,这些看似小事,却传递着对职业的敬畏;批改作业时写鼓励性评语,与学生交流时蹲下身子平视,这些微小举动,都在传递平等与关爱尤其在网络时代,我也会规范自己的社交媒体言行,不在公共平台发表不当言论,守住教师的身份边界,更重要的是,言行雅正不是刻意表演,而是源于内心的教育信念--对学生的爱、对职业的敬、对真理的求。只有内心端正,外在言行才能自然从容、令人信服。作为新时代教师,我愿以教育家精神为镜,日日自省,时时践行,让“雅正”不仅是一种要求,更成为一种习惯,一种无声却有力的教育力量。

内容:

Big challenges, however, can sometimes lead to great solutions. In the 1950s, the Egyptian government wanted to build a new dam across the Nile in order to control floods, produce electricity, and supply water to more farmers in the area. But the proposal led to protests. Water from the dam would likely damage a number of temples and destroy cultural relics that were an important part of Egypt's cultural heritage. After listening to the scientists who had studied the problem, and citizens who lived near the dam, the government turned to the United Nations for help in 1959.

A Committee was established to limit damage to the Egyptian buildings and prevent the loss of cultural relics. The group asked for contributions from different departments and raised funds within the international community. Experts investigated the issue, conducted several tests, and then made a proposal for how the buildings could be saved. Finally, a document was signed, and the work began in 1960.

Michael Jordan was the second player to score more than 3000 points in a season, but the first was Wilt Chamberlain. Chamberlain was born in Philadelphia on 21st August 1936. He was one of the 11 children, the only one who was very tall. His father William worked in a shipyard and his mother Olivia was a cleaner. As a child, Chamberlain had various health problems. He had pneumonia and almost died when he was ten.

Chamberlain is the only NBA player who averaged over 50 points per game for an entire season. At one point, Chamberlain was so much better than all the other players that they changed the rules of the game to try to stop him.

内容:

Some critics suggest that on closer inspection, the painting actually exposes serious political and social problems. Some boats carrying food do not seem to belong to the government, which suggests that the government has lost control of food supplies and transportation. Also, in the painting are soldiers who appear to ignore their duties. There are some less obvious indicators of trouble, too. In one place, the crew of a small boat is in danger of crashing into the bridge. These sorts of details point to a crisis developing in the city.
